About Us
We exist because the conversation around body image is broken. We see filtered Instagram posts and body positivity slogans everywhere, but nobody's talking honestly about what it's actually like to live in a body that doesn't fit the mould.
We decided to make the conversations people have privately into conversations people have publicly. We sought out the topics that are taboo, the things people struggle with but don't talk about openly. We explore what it means to navigate body image across gender identity, skin conditions, eating disorders, societal pressure, body hair, hair, gym culture, and so much more.
We're passionate about bringing light to these conversations and dedicated to keeping this work going. Body image is just the beginning. There are countless more stories to tell, so many more topics within Irish culture that deserve space and honesty.
This isn't about telling you to love yourself. It's about showing you that you're not alone in the struggle. Your insecurities, your bad days, your body that doesn't match what you see online, all of it is normal. All of it deserves to be talked about honestly.
We highlight real people having real conversations about identity, culture, and self-acceptance. No filters. No pretence. Just the truth that imperfections are human and being different is what makes you worth listening to.
